Six articles were rechecked against their primary sources and expanded.
- The Pill Duel: we had reported a secondary analysis. The primary analysis published in The Lancet shows HbA1c down 1.91 points against 1.47 and weight down 8.2 percent against 5.3.
- Aprocitentan: the 16.0 mmHg drop was a change from baseline, not a drug effect. Against placebo the effect is about 4 mmHg. The roughly 50 percent fall in UACR came from the CKM analysis, not the obesity subgroup.
- Muscle Without Meat After 55: we omitted the omnivore gain of 0.66 kg and wrongly said vegetarians kept pace. The trial did not show equivalence.
- Your Body Clock Leaves a Signature on Your Wrist: light rhythms were linked to triglycerides, not to obesity. The link to BMI and fat mass in women concerned temperature rhythms.
- Biological age clocks: the 0.3 to 0.8 year figure is the median gap between repeat measurements, and the Novo and Lilly GLP-1 findings differ more than we said.
- Sironax FORGE-LM: every participant also receives semaglutide; the trial compares the add on against placebo plus semaglutide.
